These dolls were made without a needle.
Every region where the dolls are made has its own stylisric peculiarities. Oksana Sklyarenko was born in Kirovograd region. First experience doll making she took in 6 age from grandmather.

Often the faces of the folk dolls was marked conditionally. Indeed, accordingly to the oldest faithes if the figure of a man has a face then it is spiritual, and so is able to harm a chield.
Often the doll looked like a baby. There were beliefs. For example, when a child was ill, the doll was specially made and put near the child in order the illness to move to the doll. If anybody wanted to know what would be the future of the family, then he was watching at the children: if they played dolls actively, so the baby was expected, and if they ignored the doll – the trouble is expected.
From the old ages the dolls-sleave considered to be ritual – mothers made it for their children, presented to young married to give birth a children.
